Establish and maintain all systems employed to market and operate the rental program as part of the start-up setup. This can include property management software, a direct booking website, and various listing channels, including Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Google Vacation Rental.
Handle all communications with guests from initial inquiry through post-stay ratings and follow-up.
Maintain and coordinate cleaning. Ensure cleaning services are of the highest quality.
Provide a monthly accounting of revenue and paid expenses.
Establish and implement pricing strategies that reflect the season.

I offer a 4-hour coaching session for $350. I will review your listing and account settings to ensure you are set up to optimize your listing and utilize all of Airbnb's features. If you need continued help getting set up, I can co-host with you to help with guest communication for up to 6 weeks. Think of this as holding your hand as you are learning to ride the bike, or should I say, host!
